My mom sent me this email and I found some of these quite hysterical, and fully believe I would do some of them...well maybe "I" wouldn't do it but I bet you one or more of my "Girl's Night" buddies would do it...

Totem Pole
OK! I added my first picture to this blog. Now our famiy actually has some faces (minus mom). Have you ever noticed that mom's are usually the one's missing from pictures. Hmmmm, I hope my children don't forget that they actually had a mom after I am gone because I am not in very many pictures with them. I guess I better start remembering to set the timer in future pictures, I don't want to be forgotten.

Making progress
So, I've actually added some friends blogs to my blog. Yeah me! It took a couple of tries because I would forget to click the "save" button before I was finished. Slowly but surely I guess I will figure out all the ins and outs of "Blogging." I can't wait to start posting some pictures and other exciting things. All in due time, I guess.
Right now we are also making progress in packing up the apartment. We will be moving to our new home (to us) this weekend. I don't think I've ever felt more excited to have a yard of my own in a very long time. I can't wait for the kids to be able to just run free and crazy in our own fenced in backyard...and then there is bike riding, I can't wait for them to get back to being able to ride out front. Thankfully we are moving into a cul-de-sac again. I love living in a cul-de-sac. We have enjoyed some aspects of apartment living, but can't wait to get back into our own home.

October 14, 2008--I'm a blogger now...
Wow, so I never thought I would actually take the time to "Blog" but everybody is doing it (and since Kellie succumbed =] then I had to also). Anyways, we had another blog spot but Michael took it over for some NFL Pigskin craziness with his buddies. I don't really care to read about all of their football ramblings so I created a new profile for our family. So here I am rambling myself. I guess I better go and figure out how to post things on here now.
